Terms of Use

Payment 

Payment for your treatment(s) is required in full at the time of your appointment. 

We accept cash, credit, debit and paywave payments.

Cancellation

We ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment by emailing us at esme@fe-clinic.co.nz or calling us on 021 228 2310. 

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up for your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a $100 cancellation fee. 

We understand that events outside of your control may arise, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment, in order to avoid a cancellation fee being charged. 

Gift Cards

Fé Clinic gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Gift cards can be redeemed on any treatments or products sold in-clinic. 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

After the first use, any remaining credit on a gift card will be added as credit to your account for future use within the 12 month period.

Fé Clinic is not liable for any gift cards that may be damaged, lost or stolen.
