Refund Policy

We cannot offer change of mind refunds or exchanges so please choose carefully and ask us for our advice when choosing your skincare. 

If you think you have had an adverse reaction to a product, please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can provide you with our expert advice. The skin care range we sell contains a high level of active ingredients. Often a perceived reaction is the result of an active ingredient in the product - you may need to undertake a slower transition when introducing the product into your skin care regime. Please follow the instructions on the packaging when starting a new product or contact us for personalised advice. 

We only accept returns for damaged goods that are not opened and/or used. Please contact us to make a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Provided you return the damaged goods to us, we will provide you with an exchange or store credit.

Shipping Policy

Fé Clinic is currently only shipping within New Zealand.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $150 and is free for orders of $150 or more (use the promo code FREESHIP at checkout).

We aim to process your order as soon as possible within our standard working hours. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email confirmation which includes your tracking details.

Our estimated delivery time is two to three working days following dispatch. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe so that we can lodge a query with our shipping provider.

Please note that unexpected courier delays may occur, particularly at peak times, which are out of our control or responsibility.

Please take care to fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. We don’t accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly.
